Pantone, the premiere color authority for designers around the world, has officially named 'Emerald Green' as the color of 2013. According to Pantone, emerald is a “vivid verdant green, that enhances our sense of well-being further by inspiring insight as well as promoting balance and harmony.” I always thought the gemtone was quite regal as well..not to mention so much easier to wear than 2012's tangerine.
